Jaycee Lee Dugard, Welcome Home!

We can all sleep better knowing that this individual is off the streets.
It boggles my mind that people like Phillip Garrido could be virtually anywhere, and law enforcement agencies seem to be powerless to stop them.
Thank goodness this particular predator seems rather low on intelligence, possibly feeling that he should be exonerated for his actions because he fathered two illegitimate children while commiting horrendous crimes against a defenseless child.

Thanks to the person who stood up and identified this pedophile before he could cause any more emotional or physical damage to other children.
